I've had no problems here. Trades, withdraws and deposits work fine. Everything is very fast and there is a high threshold for verification so you can jump right in. Also there are a ton of pairs. The only thing that I don't like is that that everything, including the fees are calculated only in BTC which is based on their own exchange rate.
