After opened the account i have seen all the payopm database hacked on the web.All the database has been hacked, all clients hacked. Payopm is a money laundering scheme, not licensed . Go on google and find Payopm Database , you will find it. The owner Giovanni Caporaso has been under DIA and Fiscal agency scutiny in Italy. This man has been licensed lawyer only one in 2011. Stay away.

The problem is that every service proposed by Giovanni Caporaso does not work, in that case also has been scammed and hacked, so the entire database of PayOpm is online exposing all clients online and going against the same service privacy requirements. Looks here : [link removed by admin]

I paid these guys to set up an offshore merchant account. It was never set up and i couldn't get my money back. They even stopped returning my calls. This is another company run by Giovanni Caporado like CreditCardResellers.com. His website promise lots of services like offshore credit cards, offshore merchant accounts, offshore e-wallets and things like that. But they'll take your money and then not deliver any services and then you won't be able to get a hold of them. Avoid these guys and avoid anything Giovanni Caporado is associated with like the plague.
