What I like most is their customer service staff, every time I would contact them via phone or email, I immediately get a response and their staff are really friendly and professional. They always make sure that I'm updated with my offshore transactions.

It took them more than 3 months to complete my offshore company and trust. I did not like that they seldom respond to my queries and took to long to process my requests.
