It was my first time to form an offshore corporation and they handled it pretty well. Everything I needed to know about the offshore business was discussed thoroughly - forming an offshore company, the benefits, how it works including an offshore bank account, the different accounts that can be opened and the offshore trust and trustees. I have been working with Guardian for a few months now and I like that they provide good service without over charging. They provide good outcome.
