I appreciate that their staff were very accommodating, professional and friendly. I felt like I was treated like a VIP client or I guess that's how they treat all their clients.

It was clear that what I needed was an offshore trading account and I'm not sure if it was simple miscommunication nevertheless, as a provider it is due diligence to confirm all the information with your client before processing. I was expecting at least an apology but it seems like it was my fault that I got the wrong offshore account opened.
