I have worked with several agencies and I regret having to hire this one. They were unprofessional and did not communicate with me regularly. It took me more than 3 months to have my offshore business set up just because they were not communicating with me.

I wouldn't use their services. They don't really even open accounts for offshore companies. If you're wanting to store metals offshore and do so privately, but can't use an offshore company, what's the point?
