Dreadfull service , No transparency , Inability to return calls or Emails , even from our Lawyers . Avoid this company at all lengths

I have been a Client for some 20 plus years . The first 16 good . The Service had deteoriated and can only be described now as totally unprofessional . Avoid these people . I nearly died 3 years ago and believe that if I had , my family would have been left with nothing .
