Decided to try them, may be we can make little money, they will ask to send down payment, after that they will come with a story that your papers are issued, but they need all the money, you sent all the money, they will said sue to the currency conversion you need to send extra money, then the government raised the prices for issuing the local documents, etc... Endless vacuuming money. Avoid them.
