This company is run by a guy named Giovanni Caporado. They charged me for services and never performed them. Because they operate from different places like Panama and others, they are hard to track down if you want to - which I'm sure is intentional on their part. I was never able to get the promised offshore credit card or offshore services and never able to get a refund either. Beware!!
