I have had an account with this company for 5 years. In 2017 I decided to close it because it was very expensive. I used to manage it online. I had a balance remaining on the account. I am located in the US, and for some reason they came up with a policy that they do not accept US customers. I don't know what is this about, but I was an existing customer from the past when that policy didn't exist.Recently, I tried to communicate with a representative of this company to have the remaining balance of my account transferred and close the account, but nobody replies to my emails and I am unable to use my money in any way. I tried to call them, and none of their phone numbers work. It seems that this institution has been banned for malpractice. The Panama phone numbers don't work, and the Japan toll free number does not seem to work either. Be aware of this!

Had them handle several businesses after reading reviews of their service and I wasn't disappointed. But they are quite pricey compared to other business incorporators
