It was quite disappointing that an agency firm could not complete our contract. I have worked with several offshore firms and this was my first time to feel bad. I hired them to help me with my offshore investment accounts and I lost a few because they could not handle it well.

What I did not like with this firm is that they lack professionalism. They were really hard to communicate with which made it hard to work with them.
