CIBC helped me open several offshore investment accounts and they did pretty well. I liked that they worked fast and smooth.

Although this bank is quite new, it was not a difficult decision to trust their offshore banking services. Their merger with Barclays and CIBC was the main assurance for me that the company has a good history of managing corporate finances. They also accept remote account opening, which is an added plus for us.
