Something that can be improved is their staff. It would be better to train them well before having an actual encounter with a client.

Recommended only because someone higher up made up for the errors of someone who initially bungled this whole process

Expertise is outstanding but they were a bit sloppy.I think they struck a balance and that's fine by me.
