As offshore agents, it was evident that they know the business however it was how I was handled as a client that disappointed me. They lack communication and were very very late to respond.

There is nothing technically wrong with the agency but I do think there are a lot to improve on. Staff is friendly and helpful but I think they are not that knowledgeable of the offshore business. I suggest that they be trained properly before exposing them to the real world.
