Once I got my offshore accounts set up, I gave them their final payment and then that was it. I had a few more questions to ask but they just told me that I can seek advice from a different provider since they have finished their job. As far as I know, as clients, I can still clarify issues as long as it is related to what they helped me with. Not a chance will I hire them again.

I have had good luck when calling a representative for questions and/or to resolve problems with very little to no frustration.
