It was my first time to set up an offshore company and it was not a good experience for me working with Baines Trust. They were unhelpful and their staff were quite impolite. It was also difficult for me to to communicate with them. They do not reply to my emails on a timely manner.

They staff are always willing to help. Accommodating, polite and friendly professionals. It was nice working with this bank.
