This service provider issued a number of securities through listings in gibraltar and frankfurt. Due to their failure to provide audited accounts (the reason for which was not even disclosed) these securities (ETIs) were delisted in both gibraltar and frankfurt. While we invested in a listed security, we are now stuck with an unlisted one and which could not be listed anywhere else as alternative. Moreover, our custodian recommended to divest due to the risk profile of the structure
