I did not get my concerns resolved. Aside from that, I hired them as well to form my offshore company and they were not able to meet the deadline. They were also unprofessional and difficult to communicate with.

They are really knowledgeable when it comes to the offshore business. They did a good job helping me out and decide what offshore business I should focus on.
