What I like about this bank is that their online site is convenient and easy to use and navigate. Transfers are secure.

I did not like the treatment I received from their staff. They were hard to communicate with and quite impolite. They seemed unwilling to help. I ended up cancelling my transaction with them and moved to a better bank.
