They were unprofessional and lacked communication. I didn't like that it always takes long for them to reach out to me or at least let me know the progress of my transactions.

It was my first time to set up an offshore bank account and I wanted to seek help and needed someone to help me with the process. I hired this agency and unfortunately I did not get the help I needed.
